By accessing this website and reserving slots with KARTIK Mehndi Artist, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following deposit, schedule, and cancellation terms.

1. Booking Deposits

To confirm a wedding day appointment, a non-refundable token deposit is required. No slot is locked or guaranteed until the deposit transaction clears. The deposit amount is deducted from the final package price.

2. Schedule Commitments & Delays

Mehndi sittings are highly detailed and require significant concentration. The client agrees to be ready at the scheduled start time. Delays of over 45 minutes may result in simplified pattern variations to avoid overlapping with subsequent bookings.

3. Travel & Venue Accommodations

For destination weddings outside of Ludhiana, Punjab, all flights, local transport, and lodging arrangements must be booked and paid for in advance by the client as part of the customized package agreement.

4. Organic Stain Variables

Our henna paste is 100% natural and organic. Staining outcomes vary depending on skin chemistry, body temperature, and follow-up care practices. We provide detailed aftercare oil kits and instructions, but cannot guarantee stain intensity as skin exfoliation speeds vary.
